An injection molding machine is used for injection molding with a metal mold, wherein said mould has a cavity comprising a cavity in the lower mould and an upper mould, wherein a channel is formed at a predetermined position in the cavity of the lower mould near an inlet for injecting molten resin (P) into the cavity. The openings of the channels are completely covered, forming a cooling medium flow channel so that the cooling medium (e.g. cooling air) is fed into the inlet, flows through the channels and is discharged from the outlet. The lower and upper molds are made of aluminium or aluminium alloy. The selected surfaces of the cavity, which are in direct contact with the molten resin, are sandblasted or chemically treated to create small bumps.

The process is as follows: At first, solid powder and organic binder are uniformly mixed, and then injected into the mold cavity by injection molding machine under heated plasticizing state (~ 150℃), and then the binder in the forming blank is removed by chemical or thermal decomposition method, and finally the final product is obtained by sintering and densification. Process: binder → mixing → injection forming → degreasing → sintering → post-treatment.
