8. Inqubo Yokubumba I-Vacuum

(1) Ukukala
Nquma inani elithi "C component" ngokobunzima obufisayo bese uyengeza engxenyeni ethi A.
Kala inani elifanayo ngesisindo sengxenye engu-B njengengxenye ethi A enkomishini ehlukile ucabangela inani elingase lisale enkomishini.

(2) Ukukhipha umoya ngaphambili
Yenza i-pre-degassing ekamelweni lokususa umoya cishe imizuzu emi-5.
Degass okuningi njengoba udinga.
Sincoma ukuthi ukhiphe i-degass ngemva kokushisisa okokusebenza kuzinga lokushisa eliwuketshezi elingu-25~35°C.

(3) Izinga lokushisa le-resin
Gcina izinga lokushisare of25 ~ 35°C okwe kokubili A(equkethe C ingxenye) futhi B  ingxenye.
Lapho izinga lokushisa liphezulu, impilo yebhodwe yengxube iba mfushane futhi lapho izinga lokushisa lempahla liphansi, impilo yebhodwe yengxube iba yinde.

(4) Izinga lokushisa lesikhunta
Gcina izinga lokushisa le-silicone isikhunta lishiswe ngaphambili libe ngu-60 ~ 700C.
Izinga lokushisa eliphansi kakhulu lesikhunta lingase libangele ukuphulukiswa okungafanele kubangele izici zomzimba eziphansi.Izinga lokushisa lesikhunta kufanele lilawulwe ngokunembile njengoba lizothinta ukunemba kobukhulu be-athikili.

(5) Ukulingisa
Iziqukathi zibekwe ngendlela yokuthiB  ingxenye  is  kwengezwe  to  A ingxenye (coukuzijabulisa C ingxenye).
Gcoba i-vacuum ekamelweni bese ususa igesi ingxenye ye-5 ~ 10 imizuzungenkathi it is inyakaziswa ngezikhathi ezithile.                                                                                                 

Engeza B ingxenye to A ingxenye(equkethe C ingxenye)bese ugoqa imizuzwana engu-30 ~ 40 bese uphonsa ingxube ngokushesha esikhunjini se-silicone.
Khipha i-vacuum ngomzuzu ongu-1 nohhafu ngemva kokuqala ukuhlanganisa.

(6) Isimo sokwelapha
Faka isikhunta esigcwele kuhhavini oshisayo ongu-60 ~ 700C imizuzu engama-60 ku-Type A ubulukhuni 90 kanye nemizuzu eyi-120 ku-Type A ubulukhuni 20 kanye ne-demold.
Yenza ukwelapha kokuthunyelwe ku-600C amahora angu-2 ~ 3 kuye ngezidingo.

9. Ishadi eligelezayo le-vacuum casting

 

10. Izinyathelo zokuqapha ekuphatheni

(1) Njengoba yonke ingxenye engu-A, B kanye no-C izwela emanzini, ungalokothi uvumele amanzi ukuthi angene kulokho.Gwema futhi ukuthintana okude nomswakama.Vala isiqukathi siqine ngemva kokusetshenziswa ngakunye.

(2) Ukungena kwamanzi engxenyeni engu-A noma engu-C kungase kuholele ekukhiqizweni kwamabhamuza omoya amaningi emkhiqizweni olashiwe futhi uma lokhu kufanele kwenzeke, sincoma ukushisisa ingxenye engu-A noma engu-C ibe ngu-80°C futhi ikhiphe ngaphansi kwe-vacuum cishe imizuzu eyi-10.

(3) Ingxenye izoba yiqhwa emazingeni okushisa angaphansi kuka-15°C.Shisisa ku-40 ~ 50°C futhi usebenzise ngemva kokuyinyakazisa kahle.

(4) Ingxenye engu-B izosabela ngokuswakama ukuze iphenduke i-turbid noma ibe into eqinile.Ungayisebenzisi impahla uma ilahlekelwe ukubonakala noma ikhombise ukuqina njengoba lezi zinto zizoholela ezintweni ezibonakalayo eziphansi kakhulu.

(5) Ukushisisa isikhathi eside kwengxenye engu-B emazingeni okushisa angaphezu kuka-50°C kuzothinta ikhwalithi yengxenye engu-B futhi amathini angenwe umoya ngenxa yokwanda komfutho wangaphakathi.Gcina ekamelweni lokushisa.

 

11. Izinyathelo Zokuqapha Ekuphepheni Nenhlanzeko

(1) Ingxenye B iqukethe ngaphezu kuka-1% we-4,4'-Diphenylmethane disocyanate.Faka i-exhaust yendawo ngaphakathi kwesitolo sokusebenza ukuze uvikele ukungena komoya okuhle.

(2) Qaphela ukuthi izandla noma isikhumba akuthinti ngqo izinto zokusetshenziswa.Uma kwenzeka uthintwa, geza ngensipho namanzi ngokushesha.Kungase kucasule izandla noma isikhumba uma zishiywa zithintana nezinto ezingavuthiwe isikhathi eside.

(3) Uma izinto ezingasetshenzisiwe zingena emehlweni, hlambulula ngamanzi agelezayo imizuzu engu-15 bese ubiza udokotela.

(4) Faka ipayipi lephampu yevacuum ukuqinisekisa ukuthi umoya uyaphela ngaphandle kwesitolo sokusebenza.
